1. Who these terms are with

These terms govern your use of the Fixbench Android application and this website, both published by SUMA TRADING of Trade Center, Dhaka 1211, Bangladesh ("we", "us"). Installing or using the app means you accept them.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Fixbench on devices you control, for your own business or personal purposes. You may not resell the app, redistribute it as your own, or attempt to decompile or reverse-engineer it except where that right cannot lawfully be excluded.

3. Your data is your responsibility

Fixbench stores everything on your device and sends nothing to us. That also means we hold no copy of your records. If the device is lost, reset, damaged or the app is uninstalled, the data goes with it. Export a backup regularly from Settings → Your data and keep it somewhere you control.

4. Records you keep about other people

Fixbench lets you record customer names and phone numbers. Those records are yours, held on your device, and how you handle them is your responsibility under the data protection law that applies to your business. We are not a processor of that data because we never receive it.

5. No warranty

The app is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will fit any particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss of data arising from your use of the app — including data lost because a backup was not taken.

7. Not professional advice

Fixbench records and totals figures you enter. It is a record-keeping tool, not accounting, tax or legal advice, and it neither moves money nor processes payments.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the app changes. The current version always lives at this address, with the date at the top.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our registered address, Trade Center, Dhaka 1211, Bangladesh, and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
